Do you provide International delivery?
YES! If you are in love with our product, it is our pleasure to make it reach you.
Is COD an option?
Nope, we currently do not offer COD. Adding a COD option becomes expensive for brands, and they tend to pass this cost onto their customers. We believe in a seamless, non-complicated buying experience.
What is your returns policy?
We have a strict NO RETURN policy unless the product is damaged during transit and we strongly recommend an unboxing video to make any returns or claims.
How do I track my order?
Once you have your order tracking number, you can use the Postal tracking page to check on the status. If that doesn't scratch your itch, reach out and we'll see if we can help you out.
How long before my order ships?
We try to send shipments out as soon as possible because we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. In most cases, your order ships one or two days after you place it. In the case of customized orders, it takes 15 days for the dispatch. It might sound long but trust us, it is worth the wait.
What are your delivery options?
We work with the Postal services to make sure all the zip codes are covered. But if you have any favourites feel free to mail us along with your order number and we will do the needful.
